The Horizon VAC-100A Collator with ST-20 Delivery is a highly reliable and fully automatic collating system designed for professional print finishing environments.
Renowned for its accuracy and flexibility, the VAC-100A uses a suction rotor feeding system that ensures smooth, mark-free handling of a wide range of paper stocks.
With 10 bins per tower and the ability to expand up to 6 towers (60 stations), this model provides excellent scalability for medium to high-volume production.
The attached ST-20 stacker unit efficiently receives collated sets and automatically offsets them laterally for easy separationThe stacker can unload completed sets directly onto a wheeled pallet, ensuring continuous operation with minimal manual intervention.
This combination delivers outstanding productivity, consistency, and versatility—ideal for commercial printing, booklet production, and finishing operations.
